Copyright and seo2seo

We take copyright seriously. Please read this page to learn about our policy.

Ownership of the Intellectual Property

Unless clearly stated to the contrary, the content of these pages is owned by Andrew Heenan; each page clearly displays a copyright notice to that effect

Using Our Content

The law allows you to quote from these pages; to make a single copy for personal use, and certain other exemptions. However, in general it forbids wholesale copying, without express permission, in any way shape or form - this includes specifically (but not exclusively) copying pages and uploading to your site; passing off our content as your own (attribution failure), and attempting to frame our pages in your site - this will last a matter of seconds, as all our pages are protected from framing theft.

Getting Permission

Permission to use material from this site has never been denied, and hopefully never will; but it is a matter of common courtesy to ask, as well as being a requirement of UK and International law. Please be clear; failure to seek permission makes usage theft - and bad mannered copyright theft, to boot!

Your Agreement

Thank you very much for accepting the agreement with seo2seo.com. We are pleased you have seen the potential of the site and hope that this agreement will prove profitable to both of us.

By using our material without advance permission, you are deemed to have agreed to our NO Permission Charging Schedule - You will be invoiced, and we will take appropriate action to secure payment, including the UK court system.

Charges For Using Our Material

When permission has been obtained in advance, there is NO CHARGE - ever.

When copying has commenced prior to permission being sought, there will be a charge of £20.00 per page per calendar month or part thereof.

Fees apply from 1 April 2006, and may be amended at any time for new clients.
